The world's first social network & NGO for the better integration of Ukrainians in Poland.
Approximately 2 million Ukrainians have resettled in Poland in the last four years. The data suggests that there is some bias against this particular segment of immigrants. Together with an NGO supporting Ukrainians in Poland, Facebook aimed to show how its tools help small business owners, NGOs, artists and businesses build their projects and establish connections.
Polish and Ukrainians are already together online, on Facebook and Instagram.
Ukrainian businesses and private fan pages of artists and activists are liked and followed by thousands of Poles. Talking about inspiring social media stories of Ukrainians living in Poland was a way to lead to feeling more together also offline.
With a team of Ukrainian artists: an illustrator, an animator and a musician, we told five inspiring stories of Ukrainians living and working in Poland: an opera singer, a little girl who is an activist recognised around the world and the owners of the smallest coffee shop in the world etc. Each story was designed to grab attention in the feed with eye-catching colours and fast animation.
